DFA's human-centered design process is made up of 6 steps under 2 phases.

Each phase has three goal-oriented steps each - Understand: Identify, Immerse, Reframe; Create: Ideate, Build, and Test.

These steps are highly iterative over the course of a single project to create to greater impact.

Solving a particular challenge may require repeating steps, and not always in the order listed above, and often occur concurrently.
